By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@doculearn.com.au. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
Effect of Termination: Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
